Our apps help you to make the most of the platform whilst reducing the amount of time you need to spend in implementation. You really can use Ninox to run all aspects of your business!

Unlike most 'off the shelf' software solutions, these apps are essentially supplied as fully functional apps which can be fully customised by you using the fantastic tools in the Ninox platform. Each app is supplied with some demo data so that you can familiarise yourself with the system - and tools to automatically delete this data when you are ready to 'go live'.

Note that you will need a Ninox licence in order to run these apps.

KasPer Pro Human Resource Management

PROCESS MANAGER

What is Process Manager


This app is designed to help your organisation to standardise and manage your processes in a repeatable manner. You begin by setting up your Activity Types (typically phone call, meeting etc), and then you can create Process Types. These are templates for your processes and projects and can contain multiple steps, called Activities. Typical Processes you could use this for might include:

Staff onboarding
Appraisal Management
Client Project Management
Client onboarding
Managing periodic management reporting
Managing Software Development sprints
Manage Media Campaigns
Etc

Having created a Process Type, you can then set up new Live Processes and these can then create all the steps required for the process and assign them automatically wherever possible (you can change assignments as well). You can also add additional Activities to a Live Process at any time.

Keeping Track

Throughout the app, you will be able to see the progress of Live Processes and their Activities / tasks and the system will also provide you with some statistics.
